Becoming an all-around fabulous cook is not about rotely following recipes, it's about nailing basic techniques and methods that allow you to become more creative, intuitive, and comfortable in the kitchen.

I've loved cooking since I was 8 and after working on the business side of the food industry for many years I graduated from the CIA in 2015. I'm currently an Event Chef guiding cooking classes & competitions for Corporate Team Building events.

I'm passionate about helping others develop their culinary skills!
