關於我:
我畢業於科學博士學位 (PhD) 和化學學士學位 (BSc)
於製藥公司擔任化學師,在這個「治標不治本」製藥業的環境下,使我意識到維持健康生活的重要性。
也因為熱愛幫助別人達到整體健康,所以現成為 HCI 所認證的健康及生活教練和 ACE 註冊健身教練

About me:
Graduated with a PhD in Science and a BSc in Chemistry. Serving as a chemist in a pharmaceutical company, in an environment where the pharmaceutical industry focuses heavily on treating symptoms but not the root cause made me realise the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
Because I’m passionate about helping people achieve health holistically, I continued my education and I'm now an HCI certified health and life coach and also an ACE certified personal trainer.
