Dr Aakriti has completed her MBBS from a Government medical college followed by postgraduation (MS) in OBGYN from one of the prestigious institutes especially for OBGYN Lady Hardinge Medical college, New Delhi. She has operated on many chronically neglected and complicated cases and assisted in reducing morbidity and mortality in 2018 to 2021. Her role was acknowledged by the higher Government body of the state. Later, she went to United Kingdom (London) to pursue her MRCOG. During her time in India she worked with the stalwarts of reproductive medicine and did one fellowship in minimal invasive surgical skills. She has been working as Obstetrician and Gynaecologist for 11 odd years with special interest in gynaecological procedure and minimal invasive surgeries and has made a record of removing 11.5 kg ovarian tumour from a teenage emaciated girl who was weighted just 24 kgs immediately after surgery, case was presented in an internationally in 2025, Oman, Muscat.
