Asobi Sport Family Fitness
Asobi Sport™ Family Fitness is a Pilates-inspired Program for Parents who want to nurture themselves while they nurture their children. Founder, Sarah Harding Traverso, is NPCP Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor, mother of 4 kids (including identical twins), 2x winner of Ms. Fitness USA, and a former professional acrobat for Cirque du Soleil. Sarah's channel focuses on Pilates, Babywearing, & Breastfeeding. Parents can learn to improve their well-being through exercise, stretching, and postural awareness while they raise their children (ie: sing, educate, play, feed, read, etc.) "Asobi" means game or play in Japanese. Sarah invites you to play Asobi Sport videos, play with your children, and play the game of parenthood! Being playful and finding joy while raising your children can dramatically improve your quality of life as a parent. At Asobi Sport™ Family Fitness, Sarah aims to keep Mom and Dad healthy so they can stay in the game and raise healthier families!
