Andrew Pickett (North Salem Grappler)

This channel is designed specifically for wrestlers in the North Salem High School program and feeder schools. However, this channel will still be beneficial to anyone interested in improving wrestling skills, mixed martial arts techniques or improving overall physical fitness. Coach Andrew Pickett has been the head wrestling coach at North Salem High School for over a decade and has developed a successful system for training championship wrestlers. This YouTube channel is a virtual playbook for all the moves we expect North Salem wrestlers to know. Coach Pickett was also an MMA cage fighter while in college and won five different amateur MMA belts. The focus of this channel is wrestling, but we will also upload some mixed martial arts drills to promote skills and good habits.
