The Krame Center for Mindful living is a non-profit center for mindfulness, learning, retreat, community, and practice. We offer a variety of programs rooted in Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and Positive Psychology, including meditations, workshops, retreats, and the highly-acclaimed 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and 8-Week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) courses. Our extensive selection of scientifically supported offerings range from introductory to advanced practitioner levels.
