Welcome to my world. My name is Arlene. I will turn 65 this year, 2025. I am a U.S. Navy veteran, Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Sports Nutritionist, student pilot, and mother to 4 incredible human beings. I want us to change the way we do aging. Decline, frailty and physical breakdown is not an age problem, is a lifestyle issue. I have been so inspired and challenged by the community of beautiful, strong men and women that are trailblazing and demonstrating how age is in fact, just a number. If you are in your 40s, 50s, and 60s plus, you are in one of the most amazing stages of your life.
