Tabata is a 4 minute segment of 8 sequences; each 20 seconds long with 10 seconds rest. In this series, we are combining a weight/strength exercise with a higher intensity exercise for a balanced, fun and great workout. Do these to supplement your workout routine or make them your primary go to. Do one or as many as you can.
Tabata training offers numerous benefits, including increased metabolism, improved cardio fitness, boosted muscular endurance, and efficient fat burning. It's a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) method that involves short bursts of intense activity followed by brief rest periods.
