I am a wife and mom of 4 beautiful children and a Licensed Physical Therapist with over 10 years of experience as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, but since becoming a mother, I've had to put my profession on hold in order to focus on our family's needs and requirements. While doing so, I've learned a lot.
I've gained a lot of knowledge from my personal experiences, including getting back in shape after three C-sections, engaging in strength training workouts, being a stay-at-home mom to four kids, and assisting other women in becoming knowledgeable, developing, and excelling in their fitness training!
