Hi, I'm Elsa!
I’m a 200hr YTT certified yoga teacher from the Swedish countryside, with a deep love for animals, nature, and movement that feels good for both body and soul.
After 11 years in fast-paced Shanghai and a transformative year in Bali—where I completed my yoga teacher training—I’ve been guiding students both in studios and online, sharing mindful movement inspired by my global path.
Alongside yoga, I’ve spent many years working in sales and startup entrepreneurship, where I experienced firsthand how constant hustle can lead to stress and burnout. 5 years ago, Yoga became my grounding force—a way to reconnect, slow down, and find balance amidst it all. ✨
My classes are a blend of grounding energy, soft strength, and intention—designed to help you come back to yourself, wherever you are in life.
