Hi! My name is Kamie and I am an outdoors woman whose passion is to explore the woods and rivers of Northern Lower Michigan through hiking, biking and paddling, embracing each seasons unique beauty and power.
I have overcome many fears that kept my adventurous spirit quiet; fear of the dark, fear of the woods, fear of my lack of knowledge, fear of my lack of experience, to name a few.
My passion is to inspire women to RISE up over their self-doubts, age limiting beliefs and fears, REACH for dreams and goals, and RECONNECT with themselves in nature and all it has to give; peace, healing, strength and renewal.
As a Fitness and Endurance Coach for the past 21 years I have had the privilege of coaching others to attain their personal goals including; Triathlon, Marathon, Ironman and overall fitness goals.
Now, I want to inspire and motivate others to adventure explore the great outdoors in Michigan.
