Join me as I travel across the U.S., Canada, and Alaska, chasing my dream of photographing remote wilderness landscapes and wildlife. I explore in my 2018 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 with an ALU-CAB rooftop tent, uniquely outfitted for off-road rock crawling, letting me venture far off the beaten path. When the terrain gets too tough, I switch to backpacking, always searching for that perfect shot.
After years as a published hobbyist photographer, a photo I stumbled upon one evening changed everything. It inspired me to sell my house, cars, and belongings after the loss of my wife, and hit the road in my truck to head north in search of that location.
Now, I spend four to six months each summer exploring the rugged West, from Florida to the Pacific Northwest, learning to live off the grid and be totally self-sufficient. It’s unpredictable, but that’s part of the adventure. Thanks for joining me, and I look forward to seeing where your adventures take you!
