I'm John Hazzard. I was born and raised in the beautiful Caribbean island of Barbados. I'm also the owner of John Hazzard Events, a catering company in Barbados. I absolutely love cooking and am eager to learn as much about food as possible. I love to eat and travel and consider myself a food with an appetite for knowledge. I'm on a mission to travel the world in search of food.
