Tai Chi & Relax
Hello all. I've been teaching Tai Chi at the YMCA in Waverly, Ohio since 2018. I hold a Go Dan ranking in Shotokan karate, and I began studying Tai Chi in 2005 when a roll over automobile accident left me with a back and knee injury. This channel is for those interested in beginning Tai Chi. We will be covering the Yang style 40 movement form as well as warm up exercises, footwork, and some anecdotal information about the history of Tai Chi. Constructive criticism is welcome but I won't tolerate negativity. Look for a new lesson to be posted each week.
