I’m Lauren - 43, mom of 3 - filming every workout from home, usually between laundry loads, dog walks 🐶 🐶 , and “Mom, where’s my…?”
This space is for women who want workouts that actually fit into a busy, chaotic, real-life schedule.

My style is Power Pilates + Weights for strength training… Perfect combo to give you the strongest and healthiest body you can have. Muscles will be showing everywhere. 💪 You will be challenged and I bet have fun too. 😊

Every workout is a 10-minute express session, designed to be visually easy to follow (even if you haven’t had your coffee yet!). Do one when your day is wild, or stack 2, 3, or 5 when you’re feeling it. So you’re in charge and can create the workout length and intensity you want.

No gym. No pressure. No pretending to be perfect.
Just show up as your badass self!

Why 10 minutes?
Because it actually gets done.
