At East x West Farms
We grow what we eat
and
We eat what we grow
Our simple goal is to grow vegetable that tastes good.
There is a lot of good contents on YouTube about homesteading, gardening and preparedness. There is a lot of research on organic farming, sustainable farming and regenerative farming. We are not experts in any of this.
Our approach is pragmatic. We adapt methods that work for our small acreage in North Central Texas, 90 min South of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
We adapt Eastern and Western methods and healthy food production and that's why we call our farm
