Founded in 1893 as Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, EHL is the pioneer of Swiss hospitality education and the top-ranking university for hospitality business studies in the world (QS World University & CEO World Magazine rankings, 2019-2024).
EHL offers a unique learning experience that blends practical learning with applied management courses and real-world business application. It has two campuses in Switzerland, and a campus in Singapore, which allows students to experience Southeast Asia.
EHL delivers full-time undergraduate and graduate degrees in hospitality management, pre-university courses, masterclasses in culinary arts and restaurant management, and online courses for executives.
