But everything started to shift when I got certified in yoga, study traditional Chinese medicine, and slowly rebuilt my lifestyle—from the inside out.Now, I feel more connected to myself than ever before. I truly enjoy who I am and how I live—and I’m here to share everything I’ve learned, so we can grow and glow together 🌿✨
