My two main series are Flex Flow - flexibility stretching classes with flow style, and Vinyasa Yoga Flows - ranging from beginner to advanced, both daily practices and peak pose focused classes.
My flows are dynamic and playful, combining strength and flexibility, structure and freedom, discipline and exploration. They might look different on me than they do on you - and that’s the point. Each of us discovers our own body, its rhythms, and the ways it wants to move each day.
On this channel, I want to share that discovery with you. My classes aren’t about forcing or pushing; they’re about learning to love movement, to enjoy what your body can do, and to make it part of your daily life in a freeing and beautiful way.
