40 Minute Lymphatic Detox Yoga Flow
A gentle, breath led sequence designed to support lymph flow, reduce that heavy tight feeling, and calm the nervous system. We move head to toe through the main areas that tend to get stagnant, mixed with somatic breathing, dynamic drills for flexibility and mobility, and gentle inversions.
What to expect in this class:
• Neck circles and stretches
• Cat cows and tabletop spinal waves
• Thread the needle and puppy pose
• Sphinx pose
• Down dog to up dog drill
• Warriors sequence
• Low lunge to half split
• Bridge pose as a gentle inversion
• Legs up the wall or in air
• Somatic exercise, shake out limbs, then rest in Savasana
Props:
Mat only. Optional folded towels for comfort, and a wall for legs up the wall.
