Hi everyone! I'm Katie, a yoga teacher in Cornwall with nearly 400hrs training, specialising in dynamic vinyasa. Here you'll find classes I create out of my love to balance flexibility and strength in the body - my signature 'strong and stretchy' vinyasa! As well as yin classes to calm the mind and reset the soul. I hope to encourage focus, effort and presence on the mat as you look to further your practice.
