1/3 cup Onion finely diced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Onion Gravy:
1 medium Onion finely sliced
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 cups Beef broth
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Ketchup
2 tablespoons Flour
