Ingredients:-
ለኬኩ(for the cake):-
3/4 ኩባያ 2% ወተት(3/4 cup 2% milk)
1/4 ኩባያ ውሀ(1/4 cup water)
1 ኩባያ የፍርኖ ዱቄት(1 cup all purpose flour)
4 እንቁላል(4 eggs)
1 የሻይ ማንኪያ ስካር(1 tsp sugar)
1/4 የሻይ ማንኪያ ጨው(1/4 tsp salt)
1/2 ኩባያ ጨው የሌለው የገበታ ቅቤ(1/2 cup unsalted butter)
ለክሬሙ(for the cream):-
6 የእንቁላል አስካል(6 egg yolks)
1/2 ኩባያ ስካር(1/2 cup sugar)
1/4 ኩባያ የፍርኖ ዱቄት(1/4 cup flour)
2 1/4 ኩባያ ወተት(2 1/4 cups milk)
2 የሾርባ ማንኪያ የገበታ ቅቤ(2tbs butter)
1 የሻይ ማንኪያ ቫኔላ(1 tsp vanilla)
