This video is the second episode. About postpartum lower back pain after a C-section. It follows the last exercises strengthen the abdomen. And speeding up uterus contraction. This second set of exercises is for after three months. If doctor says your wound is fine, you can do some cardio, If you haven't done the first set of exercises I suggest you go back to the previous video, do the first exercises before starting the second one.
