Burpee Lotus Form
Nose Breathing throughout
Mind in lower dantian.
Start with feet together.
Perform 1-10 and aim to keep knees and feet as close together as possible while coming in and out of each rep. Also aim to keep the elbows as close to the body as possibly during the push-up. Touch toes between each rep. Rest as needed between reps and sets. End with collecting Qi with hands on navel until breath has calmed down.

10. 1 Pump Jump x 3, arms and hands extend upwards
