Meg's DISASTROUS Response To Tory's New Evidence Proves He's Innocent! | Criminal Lawyer Reacts

Tory Lanez has dropped bombshell new evidence that all goes towards proving his innocence, which of course has prompted Megan Thee Stallion’s legal team to respond with a 31-page powerpoint that “debunks” the claims that Tory has been making! However, there is one small problem with this powerpoint… it is chock full of lies and misrepresentations that Meg’s team is relying on in their attempts to debunk Tory. So that’s why I’m here, to expose Meg’s team for their lies and debunk their disastrous attempt to discredit Tory!

The first major lie has to do with Tory “admitting” to shooting Meg. The issue with that is that Tory only ever apologize for “what happened” and NEVER actually apologized for shooting Meg. According to Tory, he was apologizing for creating the love triangle situation that led Meg to start a physical fight with her best friend Kelsey Harris, and that fight is what led to Kelsey shooting Meg, which Tory felt some responsibility over. But regardless, it is completely disingenuous for Meg’s team to explicitly claim that Tory “admitted” to shooting Meg because that is just factually untrue.

The next major issue with what Meg is saying has to do with the testimony of Kelsey Harris. According to Meg, Kelsey has been a rock-solid, star witness that has corroborated everything Meg has said. And it is true that Kelsey has backed Meg up on different occasions, including the night of the shooting and in a pre-trial interview with police. HOWEVER, when push came to shove and she was under oath on the stand, she RECANTED her pre-trial interview and testified that she lied during that interview to protect herself! She then proceeded to plead the 5th as to not testify to what actually happened that night for fear that whatever she says would criminally incriminate her. Make of that what you will regarding what she did that night…

Meg’s team goes on to push more falsehoods through the rest of the powerpoint, all of which I debunk thoroughly whenever necessary. At the end of the day, Meg’s legal team pulled some shady stuff with this powerpoint, which shows me they are not confident in their position within this case. If they were solid on the facts and law, then we would see that from them because they wouldn’t need to rely on any slimy tactics. So the fact they felt it was necessary to pull out the bad faith moves with this powerpoint shows me they know what happened, and they know Tory is not guilty of this crime. We can only hope that he receives a pardon soon before he actually gets stabbed to death.
