Mom & Dad,
I had so much fun making this Tiramisu for everyone during my visit. Since I can’t be here all the time to make it for you, I’m leaving this recipe so you can enjoy Mom’s favorite dessert whenever you crave it—even when I’m back in my state!
Mom, Dad, it was so wonderful to spend time together. Every time you take a bite of this creamy Tiramisu, I hope it reminds you of our sweet time together and how much I love you.
It’s super duper easy to make, so don't be afraid to try it! :) I’ll be back soon for another slice together. Love you both so much!

📝INGREDIENTS (6servings)
Mascarpone cheese (8oz)
Heavy whipping cream (1pt)
Sugar (1.8oz)
Vanilla extract (1t)
Espresso or strong coffee(18oz)
Ladyfingers
Cocoa powder / Cacao powder

🧑‍🍳 STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare the Whipped Cream Base. In a large, chilled mixing bowl, pour in the cold heavy whipping cream (1 pt). Adding the cream while it's cold helps it whip up faster and more stably.
2. Sweeten the Mix Add the sugar (1.8 oz) and vanilla extract (1 tsp). Feel free to "measure with your heart" when adding the vanilla for that extra aroma!
3. Whip to Stiff Peaks Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the mixture on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form. You’ll know it’s ready when the cream stands straight up when you lift the beaters.
4. Incorporate the Mascarpone. Gently fold in the softened Mascarpone cheese (8 oz). Use a spatula to fold it in slowly so you don't deflate the whipped cream. Mix until the texture is silky and smooth.
5. Prep the Coffee Dip Pour the cooled espresso (18 oz) into a shallow bowl or dish. The coffee must be at room temperature to prevent the ladyfingers from falling apart.
6. Dip the Ladyfingers Quickly dip each ladyfinger (1 package) into the coffee—1 second per side. ✨ PRO TIP: Do not over-soak! Ladyfingers absorb liquid and will get soggy very quickly.
7. First Layer Assembly: Arrange the dipped ladyfingers in a single layer at the bottom of your dish. I used a glass baking dish (2 qt).
8. Add Cream and Cocoa Spread exactly half of the cream mixture evenly over the first layer of ladyfingers. Smooth it out with a spatula, then dust a generous layer of cocoa powder over the cream.
9. Second Layer Assembly Repeat the process: add another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers and cover them with the remaining half of the cream mixture.
10. Final Dusting Finish it off with one last generous layer of cocoa powder on top for that classic Tiramisu look.
11. The Most Important Step: Chilling Cover the container tightly and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours. For the absolute best texture and to allow the flavors to meld together, chilling overnight is highly recommended.
12. Garnish and Serve. Before serving, feel free to decorate with fresh berries, mint, or coffee beans. Slice, serve, and enjoy your delicious, homemade, eggless Tiramisu!
