In this video, I give you the last instalment of the push pull leg split series. This one is about legs. We try to hit the hamstrings, glutes, quads, and calves. Keep in mind that this is an example of how I would construct a leg day. You don't have to copy this routine to a tee. I even recommend you to change the program to your liking.
