Grab your Pilates Box and hook one red (medium) spring on your reformer for this series.
Level 1.0 keep shortbox on the reformer
Level 1.5 put the long box next to the carriage OR in front on the reformer footbar
Level 2.0+ move on to standing on the reformer - bring it down to one blue or yellow spring for an extra balance challenge.
