Total Body Tabata Superset Workout (12 Mins, No Equipment)

This bodyweight tabata superset workout will target full body. For each tabata superset, you'll alternate between two exercises using an interval structure of 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
WORKOUT BREAKDOWN
Superset 1 (fast-forward to 2:23 in the video to see these exercises in action plus how to modify them)
—Star Jump Squat Jacks
—Side Lunge Hops (Alternate)
Superset 2 (fast-forward to 7:01 in the video to see these exercises in action plus how to modify them)
—Bear Plank to Donkey Kick
—Side Plank Kicks (Alternate)
Superset 3 (fast-forward to 11:32 in the video to see these exercises in action plus how to modify them)
—Chest-to-Floor Burpees
—Squat Jump Obliques Twist
As with all workouts, make sure to warm up beforehand. I have a warm up on my channel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ks-lK...) or you can do your own. Listen to your body and modify as needed, stopping altogether if something doesn't feel right.
