If you clicked here, your back is probably feeling a little tweaky. Or maybe you're just curious about how you can accomplish anything in such a short time. There is a catch: just once probably won't make much difference.
Done daily for a week, I'm willing to bet that you can release that low back "stickiness" and start to find more comfort. Essentially, we take cat pose and literally turn it over. This turns it into something resembling a crunch, but gives us opportunity expand the space around the low back and breathe into tight spots.
In yoga, we often look at "counter" poses. If one body part feels tired or sore, then we can shift our attention to its "opposite." In this case, if the back is bothering you, give the core a little love.
