🌿 Recipe:
23 cm (9 inch) tart tin
Bake at 180 °C (160 °C fan) / 350 °F for about 45 minutes.
Shortcrust pastry:
150 g plain flour (spelt or wheat)
100 g cold butter
¼ tsp salt
1–2 tbsp cold water
Rhubarb filling:
400 g chopped rhubarb
100 g natural cane sugar
30 g cornflour (cornstarch)
½ tsp cinnamon
Crumble topping:
60 g plain flour (spelt or wheat)
60 g natural cane sugar
50 g cold butter
50 g chopped walnuts
