20 seconds - jump rope regular bounce
20 seconds - air squats
20 seconds - jump rope run in place
20 seconds - front lunges
20 seconds - jump rope high knees
20 seconds - pulse squats
20 seconds - jump rope feet side to side
20 seconds - jumping lunges
**rest 10 seconds between exercises
