This sourdough bread video is especially for those who struggle with getting their dough out of a banneton. I share with the viewer several steps that I incorporate to insure my sourdough comes out of the banneton easily, every time. The banneton is the perfect tool for cold fermentation, but sometimes may be difficult in releasing the dough for eventual baking. This video solves that potential problem.
