Welcome to today’s yoga flow 🌿
In this session, we start with gentle warm-ups and then move into a smooth asana practice to open the heart, stretch the spine, and strengthen the core.
Warm-Up Includes:
Neck roll
Shoulder stretch
Hand rotation
Finger open & close
Mouth air movement (face relaxation)
Rub hands & warm the eyes
Butterfly pose
Ankle rotation
Asana includes:
Cat & Cow pose (spine activation)
Plank
Dhanurasana (Bow Pose)
Back thigh leg kicks (strength & glute activation)
Anjaneyasana asana
hand reaches back and holds the back ankle
This practice helps to:
Improve flexibility
Open the chest and heart space
Strengthen core and back muscles
Reduce tension in face & shoulders
Boost energy and calm the mind
Take each movement slowly, follow your breath, and practice with love
