Welcome to this 10-Min hip mobility & flexibility sequence which helps to strengthen and stretch your muscles.
Having strong and mobile hips comes with many benefits:
first of all it helps with pelvic tilt alignment and maintaining proper posture in general;
with regular exercise it can increase hip range of motion and relieve tight muscles;
it’s great for injuries prevention;
helps to stabilise the joints;
makes functional movements like bending the knees, squatting and sitting crossed legs more comfortable;
and of course it increases the hip flexibility 💛
If you haven’t exercised for a while - keep the intensity low and well within your limits.
