Join this gentle workout to stretch and strengthen your hips.
The hip joints are our “foundation and support”, to stabilise and mobilise the hips means to gain freedom of movement and a good posture.
Strong muscles provide stability for your hips.
If the hip muscles are tight and weak, only stretching them without strengthening can lead to less stable joints, increased injury risk and pain.
The main goal for the healthy hips is to balance their mobility and stability.
The combination of stretching and strengthening will show great results!:)
Remember, daily exercise has a positive effect on mental health.
