Ready to get strong and energized in just 20 minutes? This full body dumbbell workout is fast, intense, and no repeats — so you’ll never get bored! We’ll hit every muscle group with powerful moves that challenge strength and endurance.
Structure:
• Warm-up – 3 exercises (30s work / 10s rest)
• Main workout – 45s work / 15s rest (no repeats!)
• Cool-down – 3 exercises (30s work / 10s rest)
All you need is a pair of dumbbells. I’m using 2 × 3 kg (≈ 6.6 lb), but choose the weight that fits your level. Beginners can start with 1 kg (≈ 2 lb) and increase as you get stronger.
No equipment? You can also do this with water bottles or any safe household weights.
Perfect for training at home, no repeats, no excuses. Let’s get stronger together!
