The legal dispute over late billionaire Sanjay Kapur's estate has intensified, with the Delhi High Court directing his widow, Priya Kapur, to disclose a comprehensive list of his assets. This order comes in response to a partition suit filed by Kapoor's children from his previous marriage to actor Karishma Kapur. The children are seeking a share in the estate and have raised questions about the genuineness of a will that surfaced weeks after their father's passing. The court, however, has declined to order a status quo on the assets. The case also features a family member stating, "It's a legacy battle... we've been thrown out because we're three women left."
