20g Salted Fish 20克 咸鱼
100g Minced Pork 100克 肉碎
2 Garlic 2粒 蒜头
10g Ginger 10克 姜
2 Shallots 2粒 小葱头
1 tablespoon Chilli bean paste 1汤匙 辣豆瓣酱
1 Red Chilli 1条 红辣椒

Seasonings 调味料 :
1 teaspoon Sugar 1茶匙 糖
1 teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce 1茶匙 酱油
