Yoga for Gas Relief (With Audible Farts!) | Bloating & Digestion Flow

You asked for it, and you shall receive it! And this time, I delivered with actual farts. After hundreds of requests for another gas-friendly yoga flow, I filmed a brand-new practice focused on relieving bloating, belly pressure, indigestion, and all those “too much fiber” moments.

This one’s special because it features audible farts (yes, mine 😅) alongside real poses designed to help you stretch, breathe, open up and release (no matter where it comes from)! You might want a yoga block handy for a few postures, but everything is doable and totally beginner-friendly.
