30 minutes @ 110 uncovered. Basted with BBQ sauce.
How would you do a Brisket if you have a short time span to work with? In this little test, mine turned out pretty good. Tip was a little dry, the rest was great. Juicy, nice bark, nice smoke ring. Let me know in the comments. Cheers.
