3 Key Movements to Help Avoid Back Pain

In our experience with clients suffering from back pain, three things can make all the difference:
1. Learning how to articulate the spine, getting the vertebrae to move and distribute load evenly.
2. Learning how to move the spine into and out of flexion with control and stability so that it is less susceptible to injury in this position.
3. Learning how to hip hinge, isolating the pelvis to initiate movement that won't put the spine under stress.
All of the above are demonstrated in this video. Keep in mind that if you have a specific spinal condition, consult your doctor first before proceeding.
