Mobility
1) Pendulum row - 5x8-10 reps
2) Superset x4: Lat pull down - 12 reps & 45s weighted plank
3) superset x3: GHD rows - 10 reps & back burners - 12 reps
4) KB gorilla rows - 3x24
Bicep superset x4
10 kettlebell curls
10 kettlebell reverse curls
4x20 bent over hammer curls
