Pilates Mat - Spine Twist Exercise

In this video, Carmen demonstrates the Spine Twist exercise in the Mat work.

Before working spinal twisting you will need to have practiced the foundational mat exercises which will help with flexibility, strength, and control that is required in the Spinal Twist.
