On Sunday 3rd December 2023, I ran as an M55 in the British Masters 5K Road Race Championships at Battersea Park in London. I used the Nike Vaporfly 3 shoes. Here is how it went.
This also forms part 5 of my series "800 Metres - As an M55" as I have entered an indoor 800 race a week later - Sunday 10th December 2023.
