Welcome to this Root Chakra Meditation (Muladhara) — the foundation of The Pneuma Yoga Method.
This guided 20-minute practice grounds your awareness deeply into the body through subtle breathwork, somatic sensing, and the felt experience of stability and safety.
You’ll be guided to awaken and balance the base of your spine through:
🌿 Grounding Breath Awareness — reconnecting to the natural rhythm of your inhale and exhale.
🌿 Somatic Engagement — gentle movement and subtle contraction/relaxation to feel and release the pelvic floor and lower body.
🌿 Color & Elemental Focus — sensing the deep red hue and earth element that anchor you in presence.
🌿 Energetic Stillness — soft pauses in breath to restore calm, trust, and connection to gravity.
This meditation supports feelings of stability, security, and belonging — the roots of all higher energetic work.
As you breathe and feel downward, you awaken the grounding current that allows energy to rise freely through the rest of the chakras.
