The Best Salsa Recipe! How to Make Mango Pineapple Salsa 🍍

This Mango Salsa is the perfect salsa that is mostly sweet, with a little bit of heat. I love using it with fish or shrimp and my husband likes to eat it just with chips.

I use the Pineapple Mango Salsa Recipe from Ball Mason Jars: https://www.ballmasonjars.com/blog?ci...

I add 2 more pineapples and increase it to 4 bell peppers in total. This will make 9 wide mouth pint jars plus a little extra to have on the canning day.

Be sure to remove the lids the next day to ensure that there is not a false seal.

Also, it is important to use canning safe salt in the recipe, you could use kosher salt, himalayan salt, or sea salt.
