🏀 BETWEEN THE LEGS DRIBBLE PROGRESSION (DO ALL STEPS)
STEP 1️⃣
➡️ No dribble
Roll the ball between both legs
• Feet shoulder-width apart (or wider)
• Focus on coordination
✅ 100 reps minimum
STEP 2️⃣
➡️ No dribble – no floor contact
Take the ball between your legs without letting it hit the floor
• Control & hand placement
✅ 100 reps minimum
STEP 3️⃣
➡️ Controlled dribble
Dribble as many times as needed to get the ball between your legs
• You may pick it up with two hands if needed
✅ 100 reps minimum
STEP 4️⃣
➡️ One pound dribble
Take one hard pound dribble, then go between the legs
• Catch with both hands when necessary

Take the ball between your legs and catch with both hands
