Good morning. This is PT Jae-seok, a physical therapist.
Today is! This is a story about a massage gun haha
Existing massage gun... It's big and heavy, so it's inconvenient to use.
I wasn't doing a review...
"Active Gunpot" provided by Tratek.
I just bought it as a gift for my mother-in-law haha

Hand-held vibration syndrome is a secondary form of Raynaud's phenomenon that occurs through continuous use of hand held vibration tools.
Injuries can occur at frequencies between 5 and 2000 Hz, with the greatest risk for fingers being between 50 and 300 Hz. The total risk exposure of the hands and arms is calculated using ISO 5349-1.

Appendix 3, Article 34 of the Enforcement Decree of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, specifies Raynaud's phenomenon, peripheral circulation disorders, peripheral nerve disorders, and motor function disorders as occupational diseases that occur in areas exposed to vibration. The Korea Labor Welfare Corporation is deciding whether to recognize occupational diseases by setting detailed standards in the guidelines for handling Raynaud's syndrome.
